We offer store credit for returns only. Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Wild at Heart Boutique within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, fragrance-free) with original tags still attached. Please include a note with your order # or return will not be accepted. If a final sale item is returned we will not accept the package. Shipping will not be issued a credit unless there is an issue on our end. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit code. Please allow 3 - 4 business days to process your return.

What if I want to exchange an item? Our inventory is limited to ensure we always have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we will have the exact item still available once we receive your return. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for you to repurchase the product in the correct size needed or you can grab another style. We will not hold inventory.

  • Any return or exchange must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your package. 
  • Exact colors of merchandise may slightly vary on products due to lighting, photography lenses, and monitor resolution. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay to return shipping if a return to our boutique is attempted.
